Fiano PGI Puglia white wine is known for its ability to best express the terroir in which it is grown. Puglia, with its warm climate and fertile lands, offers an ideal environment for the cultivation of Fiano. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, guaranteeing the freshness and intensity of the aromas.

The winemaking process involves fermentation at a controlled temperature, which allows the aromas to be best preserved and a balanced wine to be obtained. After fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and liveliness.

The result is an elegant and complex white wine, with a good structure and a pleasant acidity. The fruity and floral aromas blend harmoniously with slightly aromatic notes, creating a rich and inviting bouquet.

It pairs well with fish-based dishes, such as raw seafood, fish soups and grilled fish. It is also excellent with first courses based on vegetables and fresh cheeses, such as buffalo mozzarella and ricotta.

SLIGHTLY WILTENED RED PGI PUGLIA 2024

The slightly dried PGI Puglia red wine is a delicacy that comes from the winemaking tradition of the Apulian region. Characterized by an intense ruby red colour, it has enveloping aromas of ripe fruit, such as cherries and plums, enriched with spicy notes and aromatic herbs.

The drying process, although light, gives the wine a unique complexity, enhancing its organoleptic characteristics. In the mouth, it is soft and velvety, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent aftertaste.

PAIRING: meat dishes, mature cheeses or rich first courses.
